  Responsibilities

  Receptionist Responsibilities:

  
  Manage calls, messages, and appointments

  Welcome and assist visitors professionally

  Provide accurate info in person or by phone/email

  Handle basic admin tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)

  Maintain visitor logs and schedule records

  Support team with coordination and reporting tasks

  Support various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
